The conference, held online, became the starting point for new training streams under the personnel reserve development programs «Rosatom Heritage» and «Rosatom Heritage. Basic Level» for the period from 2021 to 2023. These programs are aimed at implementing the corporate objectives of the State Corporation's HR policy, recognizing that the company's main capital is its employees.
