The first International Productivity Forum brought together more than 1,000 participants representing Russian and foreign government bodies, international companies, and companies participating in the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support”.
The forum was held at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The business program presented the best practices of Japan, Germany, France, Luxembourg, and a number of other countries leading in labor productivity, as well as cases of developing production systems and applying the best global practices.

Client: Federal Competence Center in Labor Productivity (FCC) is an organization that is the operator of the national project «Labor Productivity and Employment Support».
The main objective of the project is to ensure growth of labor productivity at medium and large enterprises of the basic non-resource sectors of the Russian economy by at least 5% per year by 2024 through the introduction of lean manufacturing technologies.
The project is also designed to determine the interest of businesses in the problem of labor productivity growth, the formation of a product and a market for services to increase labor productivity in the Russian Federation. At least 10,000 enterprises in 85 regions of Russia will be involved in the project. The FCC will train 23,000 specialists in the production system in the country.
